We’re developing student-led chapters at local high schools and colleges. Each chapter focuses on three pillars:
Learning about tenant rights and housing justice.
Organizing awareness activities on campus.
Recruiting peers to join FSF’s mission.
Youth Empowerment & Leadership
At Fresh Start Foundation, we believe the next generation must be part of the fight for housing justice. Our Youth Empowerment & Leadership initiative helps students build skills, awareness, and advocacy experience so they can lead in their schools and communities.
Leadership Workshops
We provide youth with tools in:
Public speaking & advocacy.
Event planning & outreach.
Team leadership & project management.
Youth volunteers support FSF through:
Distributing our Tenant Rights Booklet at community events.
Helping staff outreach booths and info tables.
Assisting with social media campaigns to raise awareness.
