At Fresh Start Foundation, we believe stability begins with access- access to safe housing, to legal protection, and to the tools that help families build a secure future. We provide free legal aid guides, connect low-income Californians with affordable legal services, and host community events that spread awareness of tenant rights. By meeting people where they are: at libraries, local markets, and community spaces, we aim to make legal knowledge and housing support more approachable and actionable.

Beyond California, our outreach extends globally through partnerships like Kiva, where we have helped channel over $380,000 in microloans across 87 countries. These funds empower households to cover essentials, grow small businesses, and protect their homes. Whether local or global, our focus remains the same: giving individuals and families the resources they need for a fresh start.
